RETURN POLICY

Wholesale vacuums will issue a full refund for most items returned in new condition within 15 days of the shipment date.  If MOP HEADS have been used, you will be charged $29.95 ( plus tax if applicable ) per each used piece as MOP HEADS cannot be re-sold once used.  Our mop heads will velcro to most passive flat mops and many steam mops.  IMPORTANT: All returns to Wholesale Vacuums must include either the original receipt or a gift receipt. In order to exchange an item, we suggest returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.
